Alto Sax Rental - School YR: Due back June 30

School Year Rental Term: Expires June 30, 2026

New renters: Instruments available for pickup beginning August 20th. 
Renewals: Get the summer free!  Just drop your rental off for routine maintenance this summer. 

Rented instruments must be returned or renewed for another Term by the Expiration date of this contract. 

Late Fees: $25 at 7 days past due / Summer Rental Fee at 25 days past due.
Accounts 90+ days Past Due will be referred to collections and the Full Replacement Value of the rental will be due.

Add optional Extended Repair Coverage (Read More about ERC) below.

Includes instrument case, mouthpiece, cap, ligature, one reed, strap, swab and cork grease.
*Students will go through a few boxes of reeds per year.
