First piece of music that had a profound effect on me:
When it came time to pick an instrument in Elementary School I asked my father the name of the instrument that was on The Beatles track "For No One"; after he told me it was the horn I decided that is what I wanted to play and have been ever since.
Music teacher who inspired me the most:
My high school band teacher encouraged me to pursue music and helped give me confidence in my ability. My horn teacher and WCSU also helped shaped mindset when performing on the horn and helped me to refine my pedagogical skills.
