Free product exchanges withing 10 days:
Contact us to make an exchange. We will arrange the exchange for you and send you a pre-paid label for shipping if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged (Please do not accept damaged boxes). Return your item to us in the original packaging. Affix the pre-paid label to your box and drop at the nearest UPS location. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the outside of the carton and for your protection retain the tracking number.Complete the bottom portion of your packing slip and seal inside the box.
Product returns within 10 days:
Use the original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us. We recommend using UPS. Be sure to cover the original shipping information on the outside of the carton. for your protection, be sure to retain the tracking number and insure the package for the value of the merchandise. Unfortunately we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Send your return to:

Instrument returns are charged a $20.00 sanitizing and restocking fee.
Mouthpiece returns are charged a $10..00 sanitizing and restocking fee.
All bow returns are charged a $10.00 fee
Items that are returned in a poor condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Order shipments that are refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-returnable Items:
- Copy protected material such as sheet music, Cd's, DVDs, Software
- Recording Media: Cassettes, reels, DAT tapes, Mini discs, CDR's
- Drumheads, drum sticks, cleaning care products, rosin, tubes, strings and oils
- Reeds, harmonicas, pitch pipes, ear plugs and all ear monitors
